We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition. If you need a different size or style, we provide free domestic exchanges to ensure you get the right gear for your needs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can my Hoffman boots be rebuilt or resoled?
Yes, many of our heavy-duty work and hunting boots are designed to be rebuildable. We offer professional rebuilding services to extend the life of your investment once the soles or leather begin to show significant wear.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Hoffman Boots stands behind our craftsmanship. We offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage from external heat sources.
How should I care for my leather boots?
To maintain longevity, we recommend cleaning your boots with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner or grease every few months. Avoid drying wet boots near direct heat, as this can cause the leather to crack.
