At Hoffman Boots, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition. If your boots don't provide the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the boots for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
